Call for Papers — December 2026 Issue

Journal of Applied Linguistics, Language Education, and Literature invites original scholarly manuscripts for its December 2026 issue. We welcome contributions from researchers, educators, and practitioners in applied linguistics and literary studies.

Relevant topics include language teaching and learning, second language acquisition, assessment, academic writing, discourse and sociolinguistics, technology-enhanced language learning, literary analysis, literature in education, and interdisciplinary work connecting language, culture, and literature. Empirical studies, theoretically grounded papers, and critical analyses are welcome.

Manuscripts should be original, written in English, and follow the journal’s author guidelines. Submissions undergo editorial screening and double-blind peer review. Publication in the December issue depends on the review and production schedule.

Submission: Submissions open on 1 October 2026. Submit through OJS. Please read the author guidelines before submitting.

Fees: For manuscripts submitted on or after 1 October 2026, the submission fee is IDR 200,000 per manuscript. It is waived when the first author is affiliated with a university outside Indonesia. No separate APC or publication fee applies. See the Author Fees policy.
